Throwback Thursday to @wealth.enhancement`s (former QCI) award-winning office expansion!
When Wealth Enhancement needed additional office space, an unfinished 4,400-square-foot lower level offered the perfect opportunity. Bringing a design-build perspective to the project, our team collaborated with the Architect of Record to identify cost-saving design alternatives while maintaining the vision for a modern, high-end workplace.
The transformation introduced frameless glass walls and sliding doors, wood baffles, contemporary lighting, and an energy-efficient VRF system—all while carefully coordinating construction to keep Wealth Enhancement`s existing offices operational.
The result? An unfinished lower level transformed into a clean, contemporary workspace recognized as one of the @rbjdaily’s Coolest Spaces of 2021.

Every successful project starts with a strong foundation—and this one is no exception.
This TrueLook Construction Cameras timelapse captures the installation of Controlled Modulus Columns (CMCs) by Menard USA at the future Bright Flite facility for Maguire Family Properties in Victor. These poured-in-place concrete columns improve the site`s bearing capacity, creating the stable foundation needed to support the building for years to come.
While this work happens below the surface, it`s one of the most critical milestones in the construction process. It also reflects one of our core values at MDB: Teamwork. From geotechnical engineers and specialty foundation contractors to our field team and project partners, this stage requires close coordination to set the project up for success from day one.

Progress continues on @wealth.enhancement`s office renovation as Western New York Interiors Corp. completes the metal wall framing that will define a new workspace and create additional workstations to support the client`s growing team.
Renovating an occupied office always comes with unique challenges. Through careful planning and coordination, our team and trade partners are keeping construction moving while maintaining a safe, secure jobsite and minimizing disruptions to the client`s day-to-day operations.

As work continues for @mcclurg_autogroup, we`re making steady progress on the next phase of their interior renovation.
This portion of the project expands the service write-up area, creating a seamless connection to the newly relocated service bays in the addition and existing parts storage. One of the standout design features is the large expanse of storefront glazing, expertly installed by First Choice Glass, which provides customers with clear visibility to their vehicles while enhancing the openness and functionality of the space.
It`s exciting to see another piece of this phased renovation come together as we continue helping our client improve both their operations and the customer experience.

A new project is officially underway!
Site work has begun on a new building development for one of our trusted development partners, Maguire Family Properties, and their newest tenant, Bright Flite. This first phase is focused on regrading the site to improve stormwater management while preparing the property for the new building, parking areas, and other site improvements.
