Throwback Thursday to one of our largest industrial projects—a new 81,250 SF manufacturing facility for @peko_precision through Maguire Family Properties in Rochester.
From redeveloping an 11-acre site across two city blocks to delivering a modern, energy-efficient facility in just 11 months, this design-build project showcased the power of integrated planning, innovative construction, and teamwork. The finished space features 5,000 SF of office space, expansive assembly areas, advanced energy-saving systems, and infrastructure designed to support PEKO`s continued growth.
A project of this scale required overcoming significant site and utility challenges, but the result was a state-of-the-art facility built for performance and efficiency.
