SAFETY

At Mitchell Design Build, safety is a top priority.

All our employees have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications. These in-depth, industry-specific certifications ensure that our employees can recognize, avoid, and prevent job site hazards. Each employee working on your property is responsible for the safety of your site.

We contract with a safety management and training company to provide training and certifications on the operation of large equipment.

In addition to these certifications, we have put regular programs and practices in place to further prioritize safety.

Safety Meetings, sometimes called Toolbox Talks, are informal, on-site crew meetings to discuss a specific safety topic. These casual, weekly sessions are held on the job site, where the topic is relevant to the work.

Our crews take a quarterly deep dive into safety with a professional safety trainer. These half-day sessions provide team training on several different safety topics.
