Out with the old, in with the steel. ❄️💪
Arctic Glacier turned to us for a full design-build renovation of a 14,000 sq ft section in the heart of their nearly 100-year-old ice production facility. Decades of extreme temps had taken their toll on the original wood-framed structure, so our team got to work.
We carefully removed the entire center of the facility and replaced it with a brand-new steel structure—all while preserving the surrounding buildings.
