We recently wrapped up an interior renovation for @eastviewmall, preparing this suite for @officialfye’s next chapter. The update included new slat wall finishes to create flexible merchandising opportunities and a fresh coat of paint to brighten and modernize the space.

With a strong focus on aesthetics and speed to market, this refresh helps the tenant get back to business quickly — in a space that feels clean, polished, and ready to welcome customers.

Tile progress update for @mayeu_financial_group 👏

We’re making steady progress on the renovation of two bathrooms inside this historic building. @gp_flooring_solutions has completed the installation of the new floor and wall tile, bringing texture, durability, and a fresh look to the spaces.

Renovation work in an older building always requires extra coordination and care. Teamwork and integrity are key — ensuring that every new element is installed thoughtfully while respecting the existing structure.

#ThrowbackThursday to when @brightravengym - through Maguire Family Properties - trusted the Mitchell Design Build team to bring their second location—Bright Raven Gymnastics East—to life.

We transformed an existing warehouse into a dynamic, 28,000-square-foot modern gymnasium designed to support athletes of all levels. Beyond the expansive main gym, the facility also features a dedicated soft motor room and a cutting-edge sensory room, creating a space built for growth, movement, and community.

Ceiling work is officially underway for @mcclurg_autogroup 👷‍♂️
We’re installing ceiling insulation along with a clean white ceiling liner panel—locking in thermal performance and delivering a finished surface overhead.

Wrapping up work inside this downtown Rochester building. This custom interior steel ramp was installed by Bereza Iron Works to provide improved material handling access to the lower interior finish floor. Strong collaboration and solid execution by our project team from start to finish.
